1. Nationwide Shipping
We offer nationwide shipping for all orders within South Africa using trusted couriers.
2. Office Collection
Standard: Available for pickup at:
74 Gardiner Avenue, Brakpan, Gauteng, 1541
Ready within 1β2 working days after processing.
Same-Day (Midrand only): Call (087) 265 3757 or email sales@valotronics.co.za before placing your order.
3. Shipping Cost
Standard Nationwide: R99 flat rate
Orders Over R2500: FREE Shipping Nationwide
Orders containing batteries may incur additional fees. These will be invoiced separately.
4. Delivery Times
- Processing: 1β2 business days after payment
- Gauteng: 1β3 working days
- Western Cape / KZN: 2β4 working days
- Other Areas: 2β5 working days
5. Shipping Restrictions
No deliveries to PO Boxes. Please provide a valid physical address at checkout.
6. Customer Arranged Couriers
If you'd like to use your own courier service, contact us to coordinate pickup.
7. International Shipping
Valotronics does not offer international shipping at this time. We only ship within South Africa.
